This week I made dinner.... try and collect your jaw from the ground.
The real kicker is, it was actually good.

Behold Balsamic Garlic Crusted Pork Tenderloin.

No, this isn't a picture of the actual pork I cooked but cut me some slack, it was pretty similar. I'm pretty certain the person who cooked the pork in the above picture didn't injure their hand like moi, below.....

No pain, no gain right? Right?!

Note to self, when taking pan out of oven, do not forget that the handle is still hot 45 seconds later. Noted for future reference.

The best part of this little beauty is how easy she is to make, and how impressed your picky Hubs will be.

Especially if you leave out the antiseptic and gauze.

oh no! take care of that..burns are the painful! the dinner does look delish tho! ill have to try it
