Mmmmm

Ready for the easiest recipe you'll ever make in your life?

Shredded chicken (I used rotisserie)

Cilantro - chopped

Green onion

Lime juice(I didn't even cut a lime, I squirted it out of the little plastic lime shaped thing y'all)

Salt/Pepper

Cherry Tomatoes - cut in half

Quinoa/Brown Rice (Minute Rice- seriously comes in one cup packages that you put in the microwave for you guessed it, one minute! Target market, right here)

Half an avocado - chopped

Voila

I should have a cooking book called, 'The Lazy Cook'
Although this would be the only recipe in it.
Shame.
Also this was adapted from a Pinterest recipe so of course I can't take full credit.
Carry On.

Bang Botox

This my friends is what I like to call 'Bang Botox' which can be defined as cutting your hair to cover the forehead wrinkles you stare at in the mirror every day.

So you're welcome hubs, for cutting my hair instead injecting my wrinkles....for now.

Red Lipstick

I'm a little obsessed with red lipstick as of late.

I know, me! The one who thinks lipstick makes her look like a tranny!

Well, I learned there are a few tricks to make you less like a clown and I thought I should share in case you are a red lipstick newbie like myself.

Step 1. Foundation. I know kind of weird, at least for me but do it and I'm sure it helps keep the said lipstick stay put. Also, if you are like me and have dry lips, you're gonna have to scrub those puppies to get the dead skin off (sorry, ick but it's true, and do this before the foundation obvy).

Step 2. Lipliner. I know most of you are probably, all "duh!" but I was always taught lipliner was o.u.t. but let me tell you, if you are going for the red, it ain't gonna work without it y'all. Pardon my southerness, sometimes it slips out.

Step 3. Powder. After the lipstick is on, blot and then put powder over it. This helps seal the lipstick. Do I sound like I know what I'm talking about? Because I don't but just go with it for pete's sake. I haven't blogged in awhile and am fully aware I shouldn't be giving tutorials but here ya go.

And if you need some red suggestions, I highly recommend Nars Velvet Matte lip pencil in Cruella.
